Any workmanship warranty is limited to the written warranty terms contained in the signed service contract.
Paint, primer, coating, caulk, stain, and other product warranties are provided by their manufacturers and are separate from any workmanship warranty provided by Golden Painting, LLP.
Manufacturer warranties may be subject to:

Application requirements.
Environmental conditions.
Maintenance obligations.
Manufacturer exclusions.
Limitation of Damages Related to Services
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Painting, LLP’s total liability for a claim related to contracted services will not exceed the amount paid under the applicable signed service contract.
Golden Painting, LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages to the extent permitted by law.
This provision does not limit a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
07. No Guarantee of Results
Golden Painting, LLP stands behind its workmanship only as described in the applicable signed service contract.

08. Lead Paint and EPA RRP Notice

Covered Work
Golden Painting, LLP will not perform work covered by the EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule unless the required firm certification, certified personnel, notices, work practices, and recordkeeping procedures are in place.

Using an appropriately certified renovation firm.
Assigning an appropriately certified renovator.
